I was with this Realty company since 2010 and they are like family to my family. We recently moved to another city so we had to leave the company. We are going to miss Associates mainly Ms. Marsha. She is the very best. She was my property manager for most of the time that we were renting there and she was so professional and down to earth. Always going above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect place. We are going to miss her, so glad we a chance to see her, catch up and get hugs before leaving. When we decided to move back to Gainesville many years ago, we knew we would initially be renting, and Associates Realty Services was the management company over our new home. We lived there for five years, and Bree and her team were always professional and courteous! Any maintenance requests were acted upon swiftly, allowing us to have a home that was in great shape on an ongoing basis. Bree and her team went above and beyond on multiple occasions, great company!
Our property had a lot of issues but they were pretty good at getting them fixed if possible. We wanted to stay for a couple years but ended up only staying a year because the owner decided to sell the property. Not Associates fault but it did throw a bit of a wrench in our plan. Overall though, honest company and nice people. Renting process is really easy and they genuinely care about their tenants. Would definitely recommend.

Associates realty inc. took over managing my home after the company I was using was purchased by them. I have to say, I have been very happy with their management style. I live 1,000 miles away from my home, so I need a Management Company I can trust who will look out for both my property, as well as, the satisfaction of my tenant. Associates is also very responsive to both the tenant and to me. Their payments are timely and I have direct deposit, which is very helpful.
I highly recommend Associates Realty inc. to anybody who owns a property in Gainesville and there is good reason for it. I wanted to have a management company that's local to my property, that can take care of things right there pretty quickly, even showing the house initially. Beyond that, with associates I know I am dealing directly with an experienced owner and his nice and efficient staff rather than a real estate agent that may or may not be at the management company one day.
