I was with this Realty company since 2010 and they are like family to my family. We recently moved to another city so we had to leave the company. We are going to miss Associates mainly Ms. Marsha. She is the very best. She was my property manager for most of the time that we were renting there and she was so professional and down to earth. When we decided to move back to Gainesville many years ago, we knew we would initially be renting, and Associates Realty Services was the management company over our new home. We lived there for five years, and Bree and her team were always professional and courteous! Any maintenance requests were acted upon swiftly, allowing us to have a home that was in great shape on an ongoing basis. Bree and her team went above and beyond on multiple occasions, great company!
Our property had a lot of issues but they were pretty good at getting them fixed if possible. We wanted to stay for a couple years but ended up only staying a year because the owner decided to sell the property. Not Associates fault but it did throw a bit of a wrench in our plan. Overall though, honest company and nice people. Renting process is really easy and they genuinely care about their tenants. Would definitely recommend.

Associates realty inc. took over managing my home after the company I was using was purchased by them. I have to say, I have been very happy with their management style.
